The future of tennis locally looks bright

The Marsh Academy in New Romney is currently training the next generation of tennis coach's. Under the tutorledge of local tennis professional Nick Skelton, ten pupils from the Marsh are curently involved in a tennis leaders programme. The aim of the programme is to develop students confidence and skills when assisting a coach. With the summer just around the corner and better weather 'odds on' according to the Met Office, there will be plenty of opportunity for the selected leaders to put their hard earned Skills into practice. With the profile of tennis taking an increasing precedence locally, it can only be a good thing to have further leaders qualified to support the invaluable work that coach's do in the area. If any Primary School's would like to benefit from the training that the leaders at the Marsh Academy have received, pleased get in touch with the Marsh Family's SSCo Andre Double, who will be more than happy to pass leaders your way.
